This article analyzes Hadrian´s various legal provisions linked to femenine world. Firstly, it is noted the level of attention dedicated to woman within the legislative policy of that Emperor. On the other hand, it allows to study the social reality and legal issue about women during those years.

Este artículo analiza distintas disposiciones legales de Adriano que afectan al mundo femenino. Por un lado, se constata qué atención mereció la mujer dentro de la política legislativa de este emperador. Por otro, permite observar cuál era la realidad social y la problemática jurídica que afectaba a las mujeres durante esos años. |
